Meet Seth I. Koslow

Mr. Koslow is a former Queens County Assistant District Attorney who is admitted to the New York State and New Jersey Bars as well as the Federal Bar (Eastern and Southern Districts) of New York.

Mr. Koslow has extensive experience in the field of Criminal Law. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Koslow prosecuted hundreds of Misdemeanors and Felonies. He has prosecuted and defended cases involving:

  • Driving While Intoxicated
  • Driving While Ability Impaired
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon
  • Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument
  • Assault
  • Criminal Contempt
  • Grand Larceny

Mr. Koslow also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Studies at Briarcliffe College, in Bethpage, NY, where he has taught Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law.
